Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.

Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. What furniture is provided?
The building is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, a large desk and chair, and a dresser. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, and barstools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.
Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?
The lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to sublease. Please call for further information.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
Bedding, bedroom furniture, common area furniture, toiletries., dishes/cookware are some essentials that you are required to carry along.
Q. How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
