Iconic on Alvarado is a lavish student housing facility located on 6625 Alvarado Road, San Diego, California. It’s very close to the San Diego State University, you can walk, bike or drive to campus easily. This student housing community offers studio, two and four bedroom floor plans.

The studio, two-bed and two-bath, four-bed and four-bath apartments come with both private and shared spaces. The apartments are spacious with 9’-10’ foot ceilings and come with a furniture package that you can avail of. The apartments have hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen, bath and hallways, while the bedroom has plush carpeted flooring. There are walk-in closets in the bedroom so no need to push the extra stuff under the bed. Your gaming sessions or movie nights are sorted as you get a 42” flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchens are well equipped with GE energy star appliances, cabinets for your groceries, quartz countertops and 9” deep stainless steel kitchen sink. The total rent amount for the lease term is broken up into 12 equal installments which are billed on the 1st of the month along with any fees, such as pet fees or parking. Utility charges are posted to resident accounts at the end of the month for the proceeding month’s usage. The Resident Portal app allows residents to link a bank account or credit/debit card and setup recurring installment payments. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for details.
Once your application is approved, the screening is completed and the lease is signed, all parties – including the tenant and the property – are bound by the terms of the lease agreement. Residents do have the option of reletting their bed space by finding another resident to take-over the lease term on their behalf. That individual would need to meet the same qualifying criteria and would sign a new lease with the community, taking the place of the cancelled lease. Q. What's included?
Internet, water/sewer, electricity allowance of $12.50 per bed in double occupancy bedrooms and $25 per bed in single occupancy bedrooms. No electric allowance for Studios.

Q. What furniture is included?
Furnished private bedrooms and Mission shared bedrooms have full-size beds with mattress, Imperial and Montezuma shared spaces have a twin bed with mattress. Bedrooms include two sets of under bed double drawers, desk, chair, nightstand. Living rooms include a couch, oversized chair, coffee table, end table, bar stools, and 42″ TV. the furniture for Aztec Studio Apts: Full-size bed w/ mattress, two sets of double drawers, couch, coffee table, dining table w/ 2 chairs, 42” TV.
Q. What is the pet policy?
No pets allowed.
Q. How do you decide who I live with?
The online housing application includes an Interest page with several questions related to cleaning habits, sleeping habits, studying habits, hobbies, etc. This data is used for roommate matching. We do not guarantee a perfect match for all roommates.
Q. Can I change rooms if I am unhappy with my allocated roommate?
You can transfer units based on availability. Transfer fees and documentation will be required before you can pick up new keys.
Q. How are maintenance requests handled?
All residents have a 24-hour Resident Portal where maintenance requests can be submitted. Requests can also be submitted over the phone or in person at the office. Maintenance requests are completed in order of priority and date received. Most requests will be completed within 48 business hours. Any delays will be communicated to the resident. After hours emergencies must be reported to the office via the after-hours service line and will be responded to within 1 hour.
