You can select from two-floor plans with 2 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms and settle into an enjoyable off-campus housing experience in a studio apartment in Riverside.
Amenities
Enjoy your stay at the Palms on University Riverside with free internet, tanning, and cable TV. The spacious living area in each unit is air conditioned, has a fireplace for cold months and opens onto walk-in closets. The kitchen is up-to-date with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, oven, range and refrigerator. The bathrooms are fitted with tub/shower fixtures. There are select units that are wheelchair accessible. Get a workout session underway at the fitness centre and play a game or two of basketball or volleyball on dedicated courts which are lit for late evenings. There is also a swimming pool and a game room for you to choose how you wish to relax over the weekend or burn the steam off during the weekdays! The UCR Botanic Gardens are acres of beautiful manicured gardens with lovely trails to amble around in.
Head out for a 20 minute drive to the California Citrus State Historical Park for an invigorating experience among fruit trees and the history of their farming culture.
The Fox Center is a fantastic exhibition spot as is the exhibit at the California Museum of Photography.
The University Center and Strip Center at 1242N is only 6 minutes on foot and has some really good shopping and eating spots and also entertainment in the form of live music and watering spots.
Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. The Palms on University also offer automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
