The College Inn Raleigh Apartments is a well-equipped complex located on 2717 Western Boulevard, Raleigh, North Carolina. These student apartments near NCSU, Meridith College, Shaw University and William Peace University are ideal for students heading to any of these institutions. They offer two, three and four bedroom with private bathroom apartments.

College Inn Apartments are well equipped residential complexes with great amenities. All apartments are fully furnished. The living rooms feature leather couch, chair, coffee table, entertainment stand, kitchen table with chairs and 50” TV. The bedrooms come with full XL mattress, bed frame, desk & chair and dresser. Some upgraded apartments have added features like white kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, sectional couches and club chairs. All units come with washer/dryers, so no need to look for a laundromat.
If you take a keen interest in fitness then enjoy the gym on-site. The computer lab with printing facility will ensure timely assignment submissions and you can use study rooms to concentrate on work. There is a grilling and picnic area. Q. What do you mean by individual leasing?
With this type of lease, you are only responsible for your own rent. You're not liable for the roommates' rent at all! Unlike a traditional lease or a joint lease, if your roommate transfers or graduates, you have nothing to worry about.
Q. Do I need renters insurance?
In our effort to create a more enjoyable living environment for the student center, we now require all residents to carry an active renter's insurance or tenant liability policy during their lease term. Requiring basic liability coverage has become a common practice in apartment living to provide peace of mind and protection from the unforeseen events that sometimes occur. Our required tenant liability coverage works to protect the resident from liability exposure created while your student is away from home, including but not limited to negligent damage to the apartment unit, negligent damage to another resident's property or even injuries to guests while visiting. Or if you choose to enroll in a more robust renter's insurance policy, you may be able to protect belongings such as textbooks, phones, electronics and other valuables in the event of theft or destruction. As long as your chosen policy meets the minimum coverage outlined in your lease agreement, feel free to pick any provider you feel is the best fit for you. If you don't feel like searching for an insurance provider, we offer an easy way to enroll in the minimum liability only coverage as part of your rent payment. If you know you want additional coverage on your belongings but don't want to shop around, we have identified a national insurance provider specializing in student renter's insurance coverage. EPremium Insurance has agreed to provide a comprehensive policy to residents at our communities at a preferred group rate!
Q. What is roommate matching?
We offer free Roommate Matching to our residents. You don't have to worry about finding a roommate online or flyering the entire campus, we'll do the work for you and all you have to do is simply fill out a questionnaire.
Q. Can I park here if we don’t even live here?
Yes! We do rent parking spaces to non-residents on a semester basis. Guests of residents are permitted to park on a temporary basis and do need to have a proper parking pass displayed in their vehicle.
Q. Do you prorate August rent since the move-in day isn’t until mid-month?
Our leases are "term leases" which means that there is a set amount for occupying your room between specific dates. Your monthly payment is an installment that is broken down into equal monthly installments with the first being due on August 1st. (Most leases are 12-month terms, however, we sometimes have short-term leases available) You are welcome to pay your monthly installments in advance as long as you keep your account current and in good standing. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for prepaid rental installments at this time.

You don't! As long as you meet our qualifying criteria you're welcome to apply and sign a lease!
