Featuring 1, 2 bedroom and studio apartment formats, you can choose from 30-floor plans which are all fully fitted with all the amenities for a luxe student living experience.
Amenities
The buildings at Carriage House complex retain the Victorian chic exterior while the interiors are remodelled to hold a beautifully landscaped courtyard complete with park benches and tables and barbeque ares for the residents to enjoy themselves. Each apartment has high speed internet, wifi, cable TV, and temperature control. Hardwood floors in common areas and carpets in bedrooms, and washers-dryers feature in every unit and there are large bay windows with window coverings as well. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, cooking range, microwave and disposal. The entire student housing community has strong wifi so you will be connected whether you are in the fitness center, the courtyard or out in the picnic area with your pets.
