Q. Are utilities included?
A. Yes! Your rent at the Reserve covers all utilities; water, sewer, trash, even premium cable and high speed internet! Electricity usage up to $25 per room is also taken care of. If you go over this allowance the overage amount will be divided between all of the residents in that unit.
Q. Is internet included?
A. Yes! High-speed internet is part of your all-inclusive lifestyle at the Reserve.
Q. Is Cable TV included?
A. Yes! Every apartment is wired for a huge lineup of cable TV channels. You just supply the TV!
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes! Friendly dogs and cats are allowed. Pets do require a one-time pet fee along with additional monthly rent, please conact for further information.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
A. Yes! All apartments are fully furnished. Each bedroom includes a full-size bed with mattress, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser. The furniture in the common spaces varies depending on the size of the apartment, but can include a dining table and chairs, sofa, arm chair, and coffee table or ottoman.
Q. Are there any additional fees I should know about?
A. When you sign your lease, you will pay a $60 application fee and a one-time community fee for unlimited use of our awesome amenities throughout the year. After that, the only additional fee you will see is $4.50 per month for Conservice, utility management company.
Q. Can I choose my roommates?
A. Of course. While booking you can choose your roommate with whom you want to stay.
Q. Can I have overnight guests?
A. Yes! As long as you have discussed your guest’s stay with your roommates, you may have an overnight guest for up to three consecutive nights. Remember that guest parking is limited, so don’t forget to make sure they have the proper guest parking pass during their stay to prevent their car from being towed.
Q. I’m graduating in December. Can I get out of my lease agreement?
A. It does not allow residents out of their lease agreements due to graduation. However, residents are allowed to find someone to take over their lease. If you wish to go this route, please note that you are solely responsible for finding this replacement and having them complete a lease takeover before you are relieved of your financial responsibilities. Q. Is there resident parking on site?
A. Yes! Free onsite parking is available. When you move in, you will be asked to register your vehicle to receive a parking permit. Only vehicles with parking permits and guests with passes may use parking lot.
Q. Can I smoke in my room?
A. No. Smoking is not allowed in apartments or any of the amenities in the building. Breaking this rule can result in steep fines, so best to steer clear. If you need to smoke, you can locate to designated smoking areas and be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
