Q.Does the property has an individual leasing feature?
Yes, each resident has their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent.
Q. What if I need something fixed in my apartment?
If the student faces any issue regarding anything related to maintenance in the rooms, then the property has there own maintenance staff which is available 24/7.
Q. Are Apartments pet-friendly?
No, the apartment is not pet-friendly.
Q. How many people can help me move-in?
To respect social distancing and minimize the crowd sizes, each resident is allowed one person to help on your scheduled move-in day.
Q. What if a resident is under quarantine when scheduled to move in?
We hope this does not happen but if any incoming resident must quarantine for any reason, they can elect to delay your move-in. Please understand that we cannot prevent a resident from taking occupancy of their unit. Health advice is to quarantine in their “home”, and once the lease begins that home is their Peak Campus apartment.
Q. I think I may have the virus. What should I do?
If you think you have been exposed to the Coronavirus and develop flu-like symptoms, call your healthcare provider or campus health clinic immediately.
Stay home except to get medical care. Do not go to work or public areas. Stay in a specific room and away from other people in your home. Also, you should use a separate bathroom, if available. Call ahead before visiting your doctor. If you have a medical appointment, let the healthcare provider know in advance that you have or may have the Coronavirus. This will help the healthcare provider’s office take steps to keep other people from getting infected or exposed.
