CEV Murray South is an exceptional student housing facility located on 1700 Lowes Drive, Murray, Kentucky, 42071. Close to the Murray State University, it’s a very convenient option for domestic and international students. They offer two and four bedroom floor plans to choose from.

CEV Murray is an off-campus student living in Murray, KY community where you can enjoy your college days to the fullest. They offer two-bed and two-bath and four-bed and four-bath apartments. The kitchens are top notch and come with a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The apartments also come with a washer and dryer.
When classes get stressful, relax in the pool. Have fun getting your tan on in the tanning bed or flip some burgers on the BBQ grill. The pool table can be a fun distraction when you don’t feel like going out. There are other social activities on site including a volleyball court and a tennis court. There is a fitness center on site for you to be at your fittest best. CEV Murray South organizes some amazing pool parties and game pizza nights as well. If you are bringing your car then great news for you, they have free parking available. Enjoy uninterrupted and free high speed internet all across the property! Dogs or cats, they do not judge when it comes to pets, you can bring them along to this pet friendly student housing! They also offer roommate matching and individual leasing facilities.

Rental installments can be paid electronically through your personal Resident Portal with a credit/debit card or e-check, in-person or mailed via check, cashiers’ check, or money order. Cash payments are not accepted.
Rent includes furniture, water, and sewer, trash, cable and internet. There is a service fee of $60 for Conservice Utility Management per resident payable annually which covers the cost of service for billing roommates for any utility charges, making it easier for everyone.

Q. Can students of the opposite gender share an apartment?
Yes, if all roommates give approval, and your guarantor is ok with it. Campus Evolution Villages will not use roommate matching to match members of the opposite gender.
Q. Are pets allowed?
Yes! Dogs & cats are welcome with a $350 pet fee, $20 monthly pet rent, proper documentation, and pet interview!
Q. Does Campus Evolution Villages have Internet?
Absolutely, and it’s fast and free. Every bedroom is directly linked to the Internet with wired and wireless access, and we have a Computer Lounge.
Q. Is car parking available in this property?
