Varsity House Muncie does not allow residents out of their lease agreements due to graduation. We do, however, allow residents to find someone to take over their lease. If you wish to go this route, please note that you are solely responsible for finding this replacement and having them complete a lease takeover before you are relieved of your financial responsibilities.
