The Ivy on 14th has fully furnished or semi furnished student housing units that you can choose from. All units have hardwood style floors and granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is also a flat screen panel television set, high speed internet access and laundry friendly area with a washer and dryer in every unit. Come Fall 2019, you can also bring in your pets to stay with you! The common areas like a study lounge and round the clock open fitness center and the clubroom are great spaces to get acquainted with your neighbors.
