This premier student housing facility, at 1423 Monroe Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53711, is just a short distance away from Edgewood College and the University Of Wisconsin-Madison. Even the Madison Area Technical College is close by- a mere 14 minutes drive away. The student housing at the Lark at Randall features 1 - 4 beds in each unit and has very good amenities.

You can enjoy both private living and sharing the community with other students at the Lark at Randall. This student accommodation complex is pet friendly so carry your dog or cat with you. Your unit will have 24 hour full speed internet access, a large flat panel TV set, temperature control with air conditioning and heating and a washer/ dryer. Select units are wheelchair friendly and smoke free. The kitchen is super practical with an oven and range, and microwave for cooking, dishwasher and a disposal unit. Head to the fitness centre on the premises and there is a tanning salon and a clubhouse as well. You can make use of the on-site retail and ATM also. There is a coffee bar and a study lounge at your disposal. Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Lark at Randall also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

Q. Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q. What is included in the rate?
Each Lark at Randall resident pays a flat rate that includes: Furnishings, High-speed Internet, Flat-panel TV in the living room, Water, sewer, trash removal, Washer and dryer in each apartment, 24-hour on-site management, Community features – fitness center, clubhouse, etc.
Q. What are the policies on pets, smoking, and guests?
Lark at Randall is pet-friendly, subject to limits on animals and breed. The community is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
Q.What other transportation options will I have?
Walk or bike to the adjacent University of Wisconsin campus and downtown Madison. The UW Campus Bus also stops just steps away.
