The View is a spacious student accommodation community located at 301 W Charleston St, Lincoln, Nebraska and serves the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Nebraska Wesleyan University and Southeast Community College. Amenities
The spacious floor plans at The View complex come with 3 and 4 bedrooms, select units also have private attached bathrooms. The living space has a linen closet and carpets. There is super fast WiFi in each unit and also a washer/dryer hook up, ceiling fans & air conditioners, cable connectivity and smoke free. Certain rooms are accessible by wheelchair. The kitchen has everything you would need. Cook with the oven, range or microwave, cool with a fridge, freezer, and an ice maker and clean with disposal and a dishwasher. The outdoors can be enjoyed on patios, balconies or the grilling areas. Keep fit by making use of the gym, pool, basketball or volleyball courts. There is also a business centre for studying and a tanning salon for some extra fun. Pets are welcome at The View student housing community too.

Security and Maintenance
The on-site property manager takes care of the maintenance and security, but you can also buy a package service.

You can take the public transit service or drive to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus or to recreation zones.
Things to do nearby
There is a lot to take in at the Muller Planetarium in way of what goes on in the universe around us. It will only take you 5-7 minutes to get here by car.
If staying grounded and learning more about earthly delights is more up your alley, you must head to the Lincoln Children’s Museum and Zoo or the Maxwell Arboretum which are all within 5 miles of the View.
Property charges rent on the first of every month. You can still make a payment before the first, and will show as a credit until rent is charged. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for details.
With the exception of joining the military, we do not offer a lease termination clause in the lease. The resident is responsible for the entire lease contract. Yes, all the apartments in The View come fully furnished.
Q. Can I bring my pet along with me?
Yes, The View is a pet-friendly community and maximum of 2 pets per apartment is allowed with $30/month pet rent.
