Redpoint Knoxville apartment units feature a very comfortable living area with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceiling, and walking closets. The full-sized bedrooms have private bathrooms. The modern kitchen has the necessary appliances to cook and eat in. The apartments all have high-speed internet access and air conditioning and are smoke-free along with having an in-unit washer/dryer. If you need to, you can select the rooms that have ramps for wheelchair access. This property is pet-friendly towards dogs and cats and there is also a pet play zone on campus. Enjoy a game of volleyball on the volleyball court or head to the fitness center for a workout session. The pool is also a great place to burn off some steam or just chill after college. Indoors, you can keep yourself busy with co-residents at the clubhouse and the tanning salon or head for a chill-out session at the grilling station in the yard. There is also a media center for a little downtime.

Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Redpoint also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

If the student faces any issue regarding anything related to maintenance in the rooms, then the property has there own maintenance staff which is available 24/7.
