Legends at Kingsville is a premium student accommodation community located at 1331 W Santa Gertrudis St, Kingsville, Texas 78363. It is very well suited to international students because of its nearness to Texas A&M University which is just half a mile away. With fantastic community activities and high-class in-unit facilities off-campus, student housing cannot get any better.
Amenities
At Legends at Kingsville facility, you can opt for 1, 2, and 4 bedroom units with attached baths and tub/shower fittings. You get high-speed internet connectivity in your apartment and also at the swimming pool and clubhouse so you can keep yourself updated at all times. The living space is connected to a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel cooking appliances, disposal, fridge, ice maker and the countertop is granite for beauty and hygiene. You get cable TV connection, air conditioning and a washer-dryer set, so goodbye laundromats. Select rooms are also wheelchair accessible. All kinds of pets, including fish and reptiles, are welcome at the Legends at Kingsville student housing community. There is a volleyball court, a fitness center and pool for working out and also a game room. The business center welcomes quiet study groups. There are cabanas and grills to enjoy the outdoors with friends over a barbecue party.

Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
A. Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes, pets are allowed. must be at least 1 year old and 2 pets per unit. $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and $25/month Pet Rent.
Q. How close are you to campus?
A. The building is located across the street from Texas A&M-Kingsville’s campus.
Q. What type of parking is available?
A. Parking is included offering plenty of onsite cars, scooters, and bicycle parking options. Each resident is issued a parking permit. Covered parking premium is available for residents that want it, which will reserve them a parking spot. Surface parking is first-come-first-serve; not assigned.
