Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
A. Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Q. What is included in the rent?
A. Rent includes: utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable, Internet, washer & dryer.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes, pets are allowed with a weight limit of 50 lbs.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
A. Yes, roommate matching system is available.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
A. Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. I'm graduating in December, can I get out of my lease agreement?
A. The lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please call for further information.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
A. Bedding, bedroom furniture, common area furniture, toiletries., dishes/cookware are some essentials that you are required to carry along.
Q. How do I receive mail and packages?
A. Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
Q. What type of parking is available at your community?
A. There will be parking spaces around the community provided for residents. Please contact for further information.
Q. How close are you to campus?
A. The building is located only a ½ mile from the edge of campus with convenient access to Oxford’s only Kroger supermarket across the street. A county bus stop is onsite providing access to Miami University and the city of Oxford.
