Fairways at Lowry is an ideal student accommodation for domestic and international students enrolled at the University of Northern Colorado.
Amenities:
Each apartment comes with a common kitchen and living area.The apartment amenities include brand new kitchen countertops, kitchen cabinets, dishwasher & bathroom vanities. Each apartment is also equipped with window coverings and a refrigerator. The Community Amenities include all your essential entertainment spots such as a barbeque area, a fire pit, a picnic area, a clubhouse, a community center with a media lounge, a soccer field, a playground, a billiards room with lounge area and a newly renovated pool. Other amenities include – a business center, carports, a dog park, an elevator, a 24 hour fitness center equipped with free weights, free wifi in the clubhouse, laundry facilities, off-street parking and a provision for package receiving.

Deposit Fee
Deposit Fee of $300 for a one-bedroom apartment and $400 for a two-bedroom apartment is required.
Rent is always due on the first and a $75 late fee is charged on the 6th of every month plus $10 per day until the 15th of the month.

Breaking the Lease
If the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the termination fee is 1.5 times the base rent.
I will be moving out. What do I need to do?
They apartment require a 60-day written notice. Even if you move out early, you are still responsible for rent and utilities through the end of the notice period.
