Q. What documents do I need to provide when applying?
You will need to provide a copy of your student ID, most recent school transcripts, state ID or Driver’s License. International students will need to provide a copy of their passport and recent I-20 form.
Q. Is there a background check?
Yes, in order to assure the safety of our tenants, we run a criminal background check for all applicants.
Q. Do male and female students share the same apartment?
No, all of our apartments are gender specific.
Q. What is an individual lease?
Our leases are individual, meaning you are only responsible for your bed space. If one of your roommates is delinquent,damages the apartment, or terminates their lease, you won’t be affected.
Q. How is the check-in procedure?
Fast and easy. You will receive an email after signing your lease with detailed information about the date, time, and location for check-in. You will need to show a valid photo ID at check-in.
