Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
The furniture and appliances are included but the students will need to bring decor, trash bags and plates etc for their common area and for the bedroom they need to bring pillows, towels, decor, linens etc.
Q. What if I need something fixed in my apartment?
If the students face any issue regarding anything related to maintenance in the rooms; then the property has their own maintenance staff which is available 24/7.
Q.Is Car Parking Available?
Yes it is available once you sign the contract with the property.
Q.Are Pets allowed at University Place?
No pets are not being allowed to stay at the property.
Q. How many people can help me move-in?
To respect social distancing and minimize the crowd sizes, each resident is allowed one person to help on your scheduled move-in day.
Q. What if a resident is under quarantine when scheduled to move in?
We hope this does not happen but if any incoming resident must quarantine for any reason, they can elect to delay your move-in. Please understand that we cannot prevent a resident from taking occupancy of their unit. Health advice is to quarantine in their “home”, and once the lease begins that home is their Peak Campus apartment.
