Select a floor plan with 2 or 3 bedrooms and in every apartment, you get high-speed internet connectivity, cable TV, and in-unit washer dryer set for convenient laundry and heating. Select units have a fireplace if that is your style. You can lease a spot in the surface parking lot or the gated garage and there are two car wash and care centres as well. If you would like to bring your furry friends along to live with you, they are welcome at this student housing community. The fitness centre and pool house are brand new. Play basketball, sand volleyball and tennis or hang with your friends at the outdoor lounge which has a fire pit. Additional services on offer are trash valet service, on-site storage units, and door to door trash pick up.
