Q. Do you have onsite professional staff?
A. There is full Community Assistant staff that lives on-site and is able to help you whenever needed. Maintenance staff will respond to your maintenance issues quickly and professionally. 24 hour emergency maintenance is offered as well.
Q. What are transportation facilities?
A. Building is conveniently located on the Bowling Green shuttle route. If you wants to travel anywhere around town, the shuttle picks up right outside from front door.
Q. What are the floor plans?
A. Campus Pointe has two and three bedroom, spacious floor plans, each with private bathrooms. All of our bedrooms even come with large, walk in closets! Students’ rent includes cable, internet, water, sewer, trash, access to all of the amenities.
Q. Building has what all Furnished and unfurnished units?
A. Building offers fully-furnished apartments as well as unfurnished apartments. In furnished units, each student will have a full-sized bed, large desk and chair, and a chest of drawers in their bedroom. In the living area, they will have a comfortable sofa, oversized chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment center, dining room table and chairs. Each unit also comes supplied with a full size washer and dryer. In unfurnished apartments, residents have the opportunity to express their creativity by furnishing and decorating the way they want.
Q. Do you have roommate matching option?
A. Yes, roommate matching option is available. If you do not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one.
Q. Is the building pet friendly?
A. Yes, building is pet friendly. All pets under 25 pounds are welcome. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 and a monthly pet rent of $15. Please feel free in getting in touch for further information.
