Q. What are the policies on smoking, guests and pets?
Smoking is allowed in an apartment only if all roommates consent and will require a deep-cleaning fee at the end of the term. All clubhouse areas are non-smoking. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests. The Village is a no-pets community, except fish in small tanks approved by management.
