The One12 Courtland is a student housing that provides you the best college living experience. They offer furnished 1 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 1 and 2 baths, 3 bed 3 bath and 4 bed 2 and 4 bath apartments. The apartments look fabulous in granite countertops and vinyl wood-plank flooring. The kitchens are well-equipped with black appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove, and dishwasher) and eat-in kitchen area. There is a floor to ceiling pantry space where you can easily store all your boxes of pre-packaged noodles. There are in-unit washers and dryers as well, do your laundry on your own time. The bedrooms come with XL sized bed, dresser, desk and desk chair. The living room features a comfortable couch and armchair (and coffee table, end table, and TV stand in certain units.) They offer garage parking but you will have to pay for space and they are a pet-friendly community, bring your furry friend along.

Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Q. What is included in the rent?
Rent includes utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable Internet, washer & dryer.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
Yes, roommate matching option is available. If you don't have anyone in mind, roommate system can be used.
Q. Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?
The lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Feel free to get in touch for further information.

Furniture is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, a large desk and chair, and dresser. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand and barstools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
