This is luxury student accommodation for those of you looking for cool off-campus student housing near the University of Georgia. The nearness of this housing community makes it especially alluring for international students who wish to absorb the student vibe in and around campus.
Amenities
The Connection at Athens is jam packed with community features like private study rooms, clubhouse access, computer lab, free printing, and gym all open for 24 hours. There is a breakfast bar, clubhouse and lounge. Enjoy matches on the courts for sand volleyball, basketball and volleyball. There are 4 swimming pools fashioned to resemble resorts and the fire pits and charcoal grills are great to chill out around with friends. The student apartment in Athens units are flushed with appliances like a 50” wall mounted TV and high speed internet connectivity, stainless steel appliances, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator, freezer, disposal and ice maker along with granite countertops in the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and have attached baths with tubs and shower fixtures. The living spaces are carpeted and have some hardwood flooring as well. There is also a dining room annexe and walk-in closets.

Q. What if I need roommates?
We offer a roommate matching service to full-time students. Each resident completes a detailed roommate lifestyle questionnaire. The Connection matches residents who are most compatible based on their responses.
Q. If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Yes. Every resident must have a guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 25 years old and a resident of the United States. If you would like to self-guarantee, give us a call to discuss your options.
Q. What should I bring on move-in day?

Yes! We have an amazing community of dogs and cats. If you'll be bringing a furry companion with you let our office know so we can get your pet registered with our community. The weight restriction is 75lbs.
A $300 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) is due upon registration, and pet rent is applied to your monthly rent instalment:
