St Margaret’s House is recently refurbished student accommodation located on Hulse Road in Southampton. You will be closely located to University of Southampton & Southampton Solent University. The city centre is close by as well. Choose from a range of shared apartments, studios and 1bedroom apartments too! The property has great social areas, outdoor spaces, vending machine and social events to help you make friends! If you are an under-graduate student then you will love the shared apartments as they come with incredibly well furnished shared space in the flat. This is perfect to socialise and also great if you are looking to throw the coolest parties in the university! You do get to choose if you’d like a personal bathroom or not. These help you shave off a few extra minutes every morning when you are running late to lectures. Your room will come fully furnished with a comfortable bed, ample storage space and a study station so that you can comfortably study. If you are however after a more private space then you would love the studio or even a 1 bedroom apartment. They will give you the energy need to pull the long hours off, plus you do not have to waste time prepping a snack. Due to the great location of St Margaret’s House, Southampton you will find restaurants and bars very close by. Why not skip making dinner once and head down to La Baronia. Enjoy their delicious burritos on the open terrace overlooking the beautiful views. Weekends can be spent with your friends at the Rumba Gallery where you can enjoy great music, drinks and not worry about getting home at late in the night, since its just a short walk away. Besides the above there is plenty more to do in the city as well. Do pay the SeaCity museum a visit, it will give you a background to the city’s maritime past. You will also find an area here dedicated to the infamous Titanic tragedy. If you are into water sports then you will love Southampton Water Activities Centre. Sail away in the Solent!
