Mode of Payment:
Normally by cheque, if a UK student or card or transfer if international.
International students normally pay in full for the year. If they have a UK guarantor they can pay in 3 installments. If they have a university or company guarantor they can pay monthly.
If a booking is completed then the student cannot cancel without finding a replacement tenant to take their place.
Q. Is there an Administration Fee?
No there are no administration fees to pay with MAF Properties.
Q. What happens if there are any problems with my property once I have moved in?
Each property has its own house manual with operating instructions for each appliance plus lots of useful information including security, fire safety, etc. and contact details for our maintenance team out of hours (emergency only).
