About this property

Bolsover House student accommodation is a part of Sheffield 2 student village and located on Solly Street in Sheffield. It is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the University of Sheffield and only 15 minutes from Sheffield Hallam University. Choose from a variety of fully furnished ensuite rooms in shared flats and enjoy in-house housekeeping and kitchen clean services, on-site laundry, outdoor courtyard and much more.

During your stay at Bolsover House Sheffield, you will be living in a comfortable Ensuite room with a bed, study area, modern bathroom, wardrobe and a communal kitchen and living space. You can study effectively in the privacy of your room and when in need of a break, you could just chill out with flatmates and get to know them better in the communal area, or just call over your friends and unwind or put some of those recipes from back home to test.

Facilities offered at Bolsover House student accommodation are definitely going to make your life easy during your stay here. There are regular kitchen cleans that will make your kitchen sparkly clean as well as in-house housekeeping services to ensure the communal living area in your flat remain neat and fresh always. So in case you were worried about the little mess you made after a cook-out the night before, guess what? It’s going to be taken care of! Also, if you have anything that needs fixing, there is a maintenance team that can fix it for you; all you have to do is contact the reception. If you are using a bike to commute, you will not have to carry it all the way to your flat; rather park it in the safe bike storage. We vouch for the fact that you will never have to stress about having no clean laundry, thanks to the on-site laundry area. When you want to venture out of the comfort zone of your flat, socialize and meet others from the large student community you can head straight to the communal lounge and catch a game of football on TV. If you just want a breath of fresh air, you can sit in the well-tended garden or if in the mood for a barbeque with friends, the outdoor courtyard is the best place to do it! There is also a social calendar in place which allows you to meet other residents on social events and make new friends.

Bolsover House Sheffield has Tesco Express right at its doorstep as well as numerous local amenities like pubs, restaurants and a gym, all within short walking distances. If you have a taste for the Indian cuisine, try out Butlers Balti House and if its Chinese that you are craving for Yep Yep Hot Pot, both are literally less than a 5 minutes stroll. With The Red House Pub right next door you can spend endless evenings with your friends just relaxing and won’t have to worry about the walk home.
