Q. What is a retainer?
A. A non-refundable retainer is paid when you wish to take property when you move into the property it becomes the deposit and will be protected through one of the government authorised deposit schemes.
Q. What is included in my rent?
A. All utility bills are included - water, electricity, gas and content insurance.
Q. What if I don't have UK Guarantor?
A. In such a scenario, the student can either pay upfront or apply to the company Housing Hand to act as your guarantor.
