There is on-site management team available at the property to ensure that if you need anything fixed in your room it is done immediately. The whole building is under CCTV to ensure your safety.

Q. What is a retainer ?
A. A non-refundable retainer is paid when you wish to take a property, when you move into the property it becomes the deposit and will be protected through one of the government authorised deposit schemes.
Q. What is includeed in my rent?
A. All utility bills are included - water, electricity, gas and content insurance.
Q. What if i don't have UK Guarantor ?
A. In such scenario, student can either pay upfront or apply to the company Housing Hand to act as your guarantor.
