5 Bedroom Apartment is nicely built and all bedrooms are equal sized doubles with well thought out furnishing and storage. The kitchen has a dryer and a large fridge and separate large freezer. A Second shower room was also put in on the ground floor with heated towel rail.
It is a 5 bed house, only available to a group of 5.

A. A non-refundable retainer is paid when you wish to take a property, when you move into the property it becomes the deposit and will be protected through one of the government authorised deposit schemes.

A. All utility bills are included - water, electricity, gas and content insurance.
Q. What if i don't have UK Guarantor ?
A. In such scenario, student can either pay upfront or apply to the company Housing Hand to act as your guarantor.
