The accommodation offers en-suite rooms arranged in flats for eight people. All rooms have a broadband connection and there is also Wi-Fi throughout the building. Each flat has a shared kitchen and dining area, perfect for catching up with your flat mates. This area is cleaned for you on a weekly basis so that's one less thing for you to worry about. We also have self-contained studios available.
The building has great security features including fob entry system for the building and key access to the flats and rooms. There are also CCTV cameras in and around the building. The site offers an on-site laundry and bike storage facilities so you will have everything you need on your doorstep.

You can secure your room for only £1!* Once you have accepted our offer, we will take a non-refundable payment from your account. Then that’s your room secured and your £1 will be deducted from your total rent amount.
Once you have booked, you can choose to pay in 1 or 3 installments, with the first payment to be taken in August just before you arrive.
Guarantor
You will need to give us your guarantor’s personal details – someone who is legally obliged to pay the rent if you can’t. Your guarantor will need to:be over 18be a UK resident (with an address in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland)
have a regular income, assets or savings (which are sufficient to meet your potential liabilities)
Remember to get their consent before giving us their details. If you do not have a suitable guarantor, you will need to make payment for your accommodation in full. Please contact the office staff if you need to do this.
Credit/Debit Card
Once you have accepted your offer of accommodation, you will need to pay your £1 advanced rent to secure the room and also set up a recurring card payment for your payment installments unless you have paid in full.
*£1 is advance rent and will be deducted from your total rent amount.
If you do need to cancel your agreement…
Up to and including 45 days before your move in day
You can cancel at any point during this period, but there will be a reasonable administration charge.
Within the last 44 days before your move in day
During this time you will only be able to cancel your agreement if a suitable replacement is found to take your place. The search for a suitable replacement can either be done by yourself or we can do it for you. If you do decide to ask us to do this, we will only be able to allocate someone once all our other rooms have been let. Whichever option you choose, there will be a reasonable administration charge.
Please remember, if no suitable replacement is found, you will still be responsible for payment of the rent in full, even if you do not move into the property.
Cancellations/Refunds
Please let us know as soon as possible if you decide to cancel the agreement. Any written cancellations and refunds will need to be made to your on-site team. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days.
Rebookers
We may withdraw an offer of accommodation or cancel a contract if you have any outstanding fees from a previous stay with us.
Q. Can I view the accommodation before moving in?
You sure can! It might not be possible to show you your specific room but we will show you a similar one.
Q. Can I live in a single-sex flat?
If you let us know that is what you want, we will do our best to help. Under-18 accommodation is single-sex only.

Q. Who is responsible for the cleaning?
We all are! We look after the communal areas and you look after your flat and bedroom.
