Bloomfield Court is a modern 149 flat student development which offers a choice of excellent value shared student flats in a fantastic location on Holloway Road.

The property is in a brilliant location for London students. It is just a 10 minute walk from London Metropolitan University and both Holloway Road and Archway underground stations. This means our residents can get to almost any university in London very easily. Holloway Road underground station is on the Piccadilly Line and is just three stops on the tube from Russell Square/Holborn universities and Colleges. Archway Underground station is on the Northern Line and this provides a direct train to Angel underground station, perfect for institutions such as City University. There is also a bus stop directly outside the property which offers a number of bus routes including an approximately 25 minute direct journey to Chancery Lane/Holborn area.

Camden Town and Islington’s Upper Street are less than 20 minutes journey away from the property, giving you great access to the bars, entertainment, restaurants, live music and comedy that the make these areas a favourite with students across London.

Bloomfield Court offers en-suite rooms with your own private bathroom, study area, large bed and plenty of storage space, and shared kitchen/living areas – perfect for living with friends or meeting new people. There are also studio flats with your own kitchen, living area and bathroom, for more independent student living.

Students with a UK based guarantor can pay in up to 5 instalments. 
Students without a UK based guarantor can pay in up to 2 instalments. 
Housing Hand allowed for students without a guarantor to pay in instalments.

If you choose to not proceed before returning the signed paperwork, you can let us know and the property will cancel the booking and return your deposit. Once you have signed the contract you will be bound by the cancellation policy if the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed.

1. Can i view your rooms?

Nearly all oproperties have dedicated show flats where you can see what the rooms are like. You can arrange a viewing as well with us.

2. Who can stay here?

Any full time student can stay. 

3. If i am doing internship/placement year, am i eligible then to stay?

Yes, but only if you are still registered as a full time student and your placement is part of your degree/course.

4. What happens if i want to cancel my booking?

If you choose to not proceed before returning the signed paperwork, You can easily cancely your booking and your deposit will be refunded. Once you have signed the contract you will be bound by our cancellation policy if the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed.

5. Do i need a Guarantor?

The Guarantor ensures that the tenant pays their rent as well as adhering to their obligations under their Tenancy Agreement. If the tenant fails to pay their rent, then the guarantor is responsible for this debt, including any additional costs incurred as a result of a late payment or the tenant fulfilling their obligations under the Tenancy Agreement. In the unfortunate event legal actions will be taken against the Guarantor before the tenant.

6. Are Guests allowed to stay with me?

Yes, Guests are only allowed infrequently and to stay for one night at a time; we do not allow sub-letting, that is, the renting out of part of a room by a tenant.
