Booking Deposit:
£250 required to confirm your booking. (Refundable at the end of your tenancy)
Rent Payments:
Full Payment
3 Installments, due in September, January and April (UK Guarantor needed)
First payment (full or first instalment) needs to be paid at least 10 days before contract start date.
If any payments are overdue for 7 days, a late payment charge of £30 will be added.
You get 14-days cool off period from the time you book your room to cancel your booking. If you cancel within the 14-days period, you will get a full refund of your deposit.
If you are outside the 14-days cool off period, you may cancel, but are required to find a replacement tenant. Until a suitable replacement is found, you may not be released from the tenancy agreement and are liable to pay the rent.
If you do not meet the grades of the university you initially applied to OR fail to receive a VISA, you may be released from the contract and receive a refund of your deposit provided you provide the documents as a proof of this.
You are required to provide documents to the landlord in the 14-days cool off provide, if you fail to do so, your booking is automatically cancelled, and deposit forfeited.
How do I book a room?
You can book a room online by using the BOOK ONLINE'. It's a really easy process and should take you 10 minutes max.
Do you allow couples?
Yes, we do. If you would like to book a joint occupancy room you will need to contact the management team directly.
Will there be someone to collect my keys from?
Yes, the full team will be there to help you on arrival. If you are arriving out of hours, it is advisable to let us know, but you will still be greeted by a member of staff who will assist you.
What do I need to bring with me on arrival?
The room is furnished with the essentials but you will need to bring items for you kitchen, bed linen, and all your lovely belongings!
Can I cancel my contract before I move in?
No, once you have signed your AST with us you are bound to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Will I get my deposit returned to me?
Yes, after your tenancy we will conduct a full inspection of your studio room. Providing there is no damage and your room has been left the same as when you moved in.
Do you have content insurance for all rooms?
Yes, all rooms have content insurance included in the price.
