In light of Covid-19, a student can only cancel a completed booking if the University of Leicester, or De
Montfort University cancels the term/ year. A booking cannot be canceled if the term/ year is
solely online.
If the student needs to cancel they would have to find a replacement tenant
Q. Is a guarantor required for students booking to be processed? Or does a guarantor need to sign?
A guarantor is not required for International student bookings. For UK national students, a guarantor agreement is required to be completed, with a signature from the Guarantor.
Q. Under what conditions can a student cancel a completed booking?
