Your deposit/fee is paid at the time of booking your studio. The payment can be made by a credit or debit card or via bank transfer.
Q. How much is the deposit?
The deposit to secure your studio is £350. This acts as a booking confirmation fee until the day you move in when it turns into your refundable security deposit. This will be returned after you vacate the studio minus any damages.

Q. What happens if my loan doesn’t get paid on time and I can’t pay my instalment on time?
If you choose to pay by instalments and are reliant on a student loan, then you will also have provided a Guarantor. If you student loan is late, we do require you still to pay the rent on time and would ask your Guarantor to assist with the rental payment until your loan arrives.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
We allow a 14 day cooling off period after paying your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days you will be given a full refund.
Once you have booked and the 14 days has elapsed, you are bound into a legal tenancy agreement which requires you to pay the rent for the full period of the tenancy. We suggest if you are unsure about exam results, receiving your visa or other condition on you attending University that you do not book until you are sure.
After booking and the expiry of the 14 days, the only way to release yourself is to find a replacement tenant who will take on the full rent liability.

Any person who is over 18, and who is a student that is enrolled with an educational institution can live here.
