IF YOU CAN'T JOIN US FOR REASONS OUTSIDE OF YOUR CONTROL, THEN WE HAVE CANCELLATIONS TERMS IN PLACE TO COVER YOU AS STANDARD.
Cancelling within cool-off:
. Before the 28th May 2023, you can cancel within 5-days of making a booking with a full refund of any monies paid.
. After 28th May 2023, you can cancel within 48-hours of making a booking with a full refund of any monies paid.
You may cancel free of charge under the below policies...
No Place, No Pay
If you are declined a place to study at a university located in the same city as your Vita Student accommodation, you may cancel and obtain a full refund, unless:
• You are declined a place for any reason other than not meeting the academic requirements to obtain a place (including, but not limited to, academic or other misconduct, financial reasons, or withdrawing from your application or course) • You did not complete all necessary steps required by your university to complete your application in time
. The Occupation Period outlined in your Licence Agreement has begun
No Visa, No Pay
. You did not complete all necessary steps required by UKVI to complete your visa application
. Your university was unable to issue you with a CAS Number to obtain your visa owing to you not completing all necessary steps to complete your application to study.
To be eligible to cancel outside of cool-off for one of the above reasons, you must supply proof to us in writing with-in 48-hours. If you are declined a visa, then the latest date are you entitled to cancel is the 16th August 2023.

Q. Is Guarantor required?

No Guarantor is required to stay at Vita Student.

Q. How Much Will I Save?

All utility bills (gas, water and electricity), Superfast internet and contents insurance for your belongings are all included. Your monthly cleaning service and grab and go breakfast every weekday is also included in your weekly rent. There’s no need to sign up to a gym! We have one on site, open 24/7. And we’ve got free tea and coffee in the hub so you’ll save a fortune on take out coffee and save the planet

Q. Do you allow couples to stay/visit? 

We love having couples live in our accommodation and it’s ideal if you want to share the license fee with someone else. There is a 20% price increase to cover the additional usage of electricity and water, internet, and wear and tear to the accommodation and communal spaces. The Advance License Fee remains the same for two people sharing a room.

If you are staying in a "cluster" room in our London Lewisham Exchange residence, these are single occupancy only and dual occupancy is not available.

Q. Is VITA secure?

Each VITA is covered by CCTV 24/7 and has onsite staff working around the clock. There is also a key fob entry system into each building and room.
