These luxury rooms at 54 George Street student accommodation are well furnished to ensure that you have a very comfortable stay and you are able to focus on your studies. If you choose to live in a shared apartment you will have your private room with a comfortable bed, study space and enough storage space for all your belongings. The common area and the fully fitted kitchen in the apartment is perfect to unwind and catch up with your friends and flatmates. The lounge also features a TV, a perfect way to catch up on your favourite shows and also a brilliant way to spend time with your friends. Since the property is nestled right next to Five Ways train station getting around the city will be extremely convenient as well. There could not have been a better location for this student accommodation, as you will see that the restaurants, shopping, cafes and bars are all right outside the building. Step outside and the best of entertainment and convenience will greet you.
International students in Birmingham will not only enjoy living in this area but also find plenty to explore. You must visit the Cadbury World to see the history of the most well known chocolate giants and see the interactive exhibit that features there. They let you wander inside and give you a tour of the factory to see how really it’s done. Instalments with UK Guarantor
Once the student has signed the agreement, he/she is bound to it for the full term until they are able to find a replacement tenancy to take over the tenancy.
Upon booking, tenant will need to pay admin fee (£59)
Contract is signed online. Tenant will need to provide ID, including student ID and visa.
This can be provided by Housing Hand. Tenants will need to pay their retainer at the same time as they sign their contract. There is a small fee when paying the retainer (0.28 % of the retainer + 24p per tenant). This retainer will become the deposit when the tenancy starts.
Q. What is a retainer ?
A. A non-refundable retainer is paid when you wish to take a property, when you move into the property it becomes the deposit and will be protected through one of the government authorised deposit schemes.
Q. What is includeed in my rent?
A. All utility bills are included - water, electricity, gas and content insurance.
Q. What if i don't have UK Guarantor ?
A. In such scenario, student can either pay upfront or apply to the company Housing Hand to act as your guarantor.
