Advance Rental Payment - Equivalent to 2 weeks rent needed to confirm booking and this amount will be deducted from the first rent instalment.
Damage Deposit - £350 to be paid along with 1st instalment and this will be refunded back at the end of the tenancy subject to any potential damages.
Payment Plans - In Full, 2 instalments (Guarantor needed) and 4 instalments (UK Guarantor needed)
1st instalment date - 1st July
Payment Method - Payment can be made by bank transfer (from a UK or international bank account)

To be eligible to cancel, you must supply suitable proof to us in writing within 48 hours of being made aware of the change in circumstances (proof is not required within your cooling-off period).
If your cancellation request is accepted for one of the above reasons, any Advance Licence Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid.
Once you have booked and the 5 days has elapsed (or 48 hours after 25th May 2021), you are bound into a legal licence agreement which requires you to pay for the full period of the licence agreement. We suggest if you are unsure about exam results, receiving your visa or other condition on you attending University that you contact a Unilodgers specialist to discuss.
Q. How much will I save?
All utility bills (gas, water and electricity), Superfast internet and contents insurance for your belongings are all included. Your monthly cleaning service and grab and go breakfast every weekday is also included in your weekly rent. There’s no need to sign up to a gym! We have one on site, open 24/7. And we’ve got free tea and coffee in the hub so you’ll save a fortune on take out coffee and save the planet.
Q. Is Vita secure?
Each VITA is covered by CCTV 24/7 and has onsite staff working around the clock. There is also a key fob entry system into each building and room.
Q. Who is eligible to book?
Any person who will turn 18 within the year they live with us and is a student enrolled with an educational institution can live with Vita Student at any of our developments across the UK.
Q. Do you allow couples to stay/visit?
We love having couples live in our accommodation and it’s ideal if you want to share the license fee with someone else. There is a 20% price increase to cover the additional usage of electricity and water, internet and wear and tear to the accommodation and communal spaces. The Advance License Fee remains the same for two people sharing a room.
