With shops, cafes, bars and leisure facilities right on your doorstep these studios make the perfect home for any student.Each studio is equipped with a full double bed, fitted study area, fully fitted kitchen and eating area, private en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage. All studios are serviced with high speed unlimited fibre optic internet and there is also a great social lounge to meet up with friends, play pool, table football or simply chill out on the big sofas and watch TV. All bills are included in the rent to make it easy for you to budget.
Outside the building there is secure parking, ample bike storage and a grassy lawn if you’re in the mood for lounging in the sun. For that extra piece of mind there is CCTV coverage throughout along with a secure key fob door entry system. As well as on site laundry facilities there is also a staffed reception desk to take care of any day to day problems you may have.

Student can cancel the contract subject to them providing evidence they have not been offered a university place or evidence they are not receiving a visa.
