There is also a Costa Express just ten minutes away, so you can grab some coffee right before heading out to uni.
The Aberdeen city centre is easily accessible by bus from South House and offers a plethora of restaurants, bars & pubs, cafes and shops as well as a fantastic student nightlife. The Union Square and Granite Mile are a haven for shoppers, so make sure you visit. Aberdeen Beach is about 20 minutes from the city centre and is a great place to spend the day. The most popular bars and nightclubs among students are Archibald Simpsons and Bobbin Bars and Tiger Tiger, 42 Below and Babylon nightclubs.

The student will be held liable for the rent until the termination date unless he/she finds a replacement to take over the room, this student must not be living in University accommodation and must be the same gender.
Q. What happens during the vacation periods?
If you live in University accommodation then you are allowed to stay in halls over the vacation periods.
Q. When and Where can I collect my keys from?
keys should be collected at the reception desk at the Central Building at the Hillhead Student Village, open 24 hours.
Q. Will I be charged for property damages?
Residents will be charged for any damage (which they do not record on the online inventory at the start of the Accommodation Agreement period) in their bedroom and a share of non-attributable damages in communal areas of the flat or house. It is therefore important that residents complete the online inventory form on arrival.

Q. Is there any providence of personal Insurance?
