The most popular way to make payment is through your student portal via credit or debit card, to access your portal you can use the link emailed to you when you made your booking or click on “My Account” located on the bottom of each page of our website. Once you are logged into your Student portal you can click on financials and select the instalment amount you wish to make payment for, you can amend the amount so you can pay towards future rent instalments if you wish. Payment can be made over the phone or in the office using your credit or debit card, please contact the Dundee or Aberdeen offices directly to make payment.
Updates to Policy
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, the following amendments to the cancellation policy are in place for the 2020/21 academic year.
If for any reason the University term is unable to start in September 2020 the property will defer the start date of the contract to line up with when the university does open for the new academic term.
If any Tenants country bans travel the property will release the Tenant from the contract and refund the £200 IRP.
Cancellation Policy
Acceptance of the tenancy offer makes the occupier liable to pay the occupational fees for the agreed period of the tenancy. Refunds will only be applicable to the initial rental payment of £200.00 when the tenancy offer is not accepted by either party.
Q. How do arrange car parking?
At the majority of our buildings, car parking is plentiful, secure and gated, and free, when you check in, just give us your car details (and a security deposit for the keyfob for the gate) and you are set.
Q. What if I move in and just don’t like my flatmates?
Oh dear, you thought you knew them well, and only once you spend a few days in the flat did you realize it was the worst decision ever… don’t worry, come speak to our helpful team and we will do everything we can to get you moved to a different flat.
Q. How do we set up our utilities etc.?
Although you have your own flat, we deal with all that for you, we pay all the gas, electricity, water, and also include a great high-speed WIFI service, so its all included in your rental payments.
