With one of its two locations situated just under a mile from UT Austin, Bennu Coffee is an independently owned and operated 24-hour coffee shop. Students can get some serious studying done at Bennu with free WiFi, lots of seating options (both inside and outside), large tables, and plentiful parking, so you don’t have to fuss with finding a spot nearby.

One of the things that makes Bennu Coffee one of the best coffee shops near UT Austin, is that they’re socially responsible. They only serve high quality, fair-trade coffee and support the community by selling grab-and-go foods prepared by local Austin vendors.

So, go on, grab a signature mocha (try The Raven), or a cold brew, and crack open the books. You can stay for an hour or all day, it’s up to you!

Located about 2.5 miles from the UT Austin campus, this library is a true work of art complete with 200,000 square feet, six stories, a rooftop garden, and a counter-service eatery called Cookbook Café, making it one of the best places to study in Austin.

There’s no doubt you’ll get some serious studying in at Central Library since it has 14 shared learning rooms that you can reserve to study in, a plethora of seating, and even PCs and Macs in case you forgot your laptop.
