5 Must Do's Before Catching A Flight To Your UK University

Live Aug 22, 2016

So you’ve finally managed to get into your favourite University in UK and are moving there? Must be excited?

But it could be a long haul flight, so here are some tips for a comfortable journey.

1. STICK TO YOUR ROUTINE
It’s really difficult to book a flight that matches your sleeping pattern and if the flight is in transit then it gets even more tiring, can cause disrupted sleeping patterns and jet-lag on arrival. We recommend you to stick to your routine and let it pass like a dream.

2. DON’T DRESS TO IMPRESS
We know that you all love to dress up, but not a great idea to do that during long haul flights. Wear the most comfortable clothes and shoes.

3. CHOOSE YOUR SIDE
Choose the side that you sleep on. It will be very comfortable and you might get to sleep better.

4. TIRE YOURSELF OUT
Before your flight try to catch-up a little less sleep than usual so that you feel sleepy and get a sound sleep during flight. (This could even help you kill some time;) )

5. LOOSEN UP
Stretch your body, relax your muscles. You’re going to have a long flight sitting in one position so let your body relax before the strain you’re about to give it.
