Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Ion, Lincoln park also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account - just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

Q. Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other residents. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q. What are per-person contracts?
Ion offers both per-person and per-apartment contracts. Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at Ion can elect their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom, under which you are only responsible for paying for yourself — not your roommates. With an individual contract, even if a roommate moves out or other bedrooms in your apartment are empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.

Q. Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, all apartments at Ion have a furniture package that includes a twin-xl bed, wardrobe, desk and chair in each bedroom. Sofa, coffee table, entertainment stand, side chairs in each living room and bar stools in the kitchen. To see a sample of the furniture and other finishes, please visit our model residences.
Q. What kind of safety and security are provided?
Ion has fire sprinklers, and electronic locks plus individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are provided at select times. Management staff are also on-site 24×7 and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.
Q. What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?
Ion is a no-pets community. The community is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to limits on occupancy and roommate consent, after checking in with our 24-hour door staff.
Q. Can I park my vehicle at Ion?
Ion has an attached parking garage. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for an optional additional charge.
Q. What other transportation options will I have?
Ion is just blocks from the Fullerton CTA Red/Brown/Purple train stop. There are also bus stops located just outside the community.
