Each apartment is fully furnished and includes a living room set and includes an end table, coffee table, entertainment stand, chest of drawers, and of course, study desk and chair with a file cabinet. There is a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator and microwave, washer and dryey in each unit too. Enjoy community amenities like a 24/7 fitness center, study rooms, game room, WiFi, outdoor seating, barbeque grills and a fireplace. One of the portions, usually equal, into which a debt is divided for payment at specified intervals over a fixed period. Rental payments are accepted in installment payments specific to the chosen bed space and executed the Lease Contract.
Q. Is The Courtyards a gated community?
The Courtyards offer controlled access to the parking garage and community areas. Resident(s) receive specific information as it is related to access to and around the community which may be changed at any time with notice. These devices are provided to function as a deterrent to unauthorized access only and are not a guarantee of safety or security.
Q. Is there on-site management/maintenance?
Yes, On-site management will be present during the following business hours:
Mon-Fri: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sat: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sun: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Maintenance is On-Call during office hours, and available after office hours for maintenance emergencies only.
For all other emergencies, please contact 911 then the management team.
