Split into three buildings with a total of 817 rooms, the Marybone Student Village accommodation contains flats that are made up of four, five or six people with a shared kitchen and lounge area. Make the most of our on-site facilities like the gym and cinema room as well as the common room and feel free to invite your friends over who do not live with us too.
Our all-inclusive bills include utility costs too and take away the worry of unexpected bills. Our friendly staff are available during office hours if you have any questions or need any help. The 24-hour security team and CCTV cameras are there in case you need them and to ensure you feel safe in your new home.
Double En-suite is nicely built holding good storage and living space. The apartment offers private bedroom, bathroom with shared kitchen and living area. It also includes shower, storage space, study desk and chair for a comfortable stay at the property.

Once you have received and accepted your offer of accommodation, you will then need to pay your £1 advanced rent* to secure your room and then set up a recurring card payment for your payment instalments (unless you have paid in full).
*£1 is advance rent and will be deducted from your total rent amount.
Unless you plan to pay for your accommodation in one payment, you will need to give us your guarantor’s personal details – someone who is legally obliged to pay the rent if you can’t.

Remember: Get their consent before sharing their details with us. If you do not have a suitable guarantor you will need to make your payment for your accommodation in full. Please contact the office staff if you need to do this.
If you wish to cancel your agreement you can cancel up to and including 45 days before the start of your tenancy, but you will need to pay a reasonable administration charge.
The last 45 days before the start of your tenancy – you will only be able to cancel if a suitable replacement tenant is found to take your place. Either you can find a suitable replacement yourself, or we can find one for you. However, if it is left to us, we will only do this after all our other rooms have been let. In either case there will be a reasonable administration charge.
Note: If no replacement tenant is found, you will be responsible for payment of the rent in full, even if you do not move in to the property.
We will only be able to cancel your contract with us within the last 45 days before the contract start date in an exceptional circumstance. Find out more about our Contract Release process.
If you wish to cancel this agreement, you should let us know as soon as possible. Written cancellation/refund requests should be made to your on-site team. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days.
We may withdraw an offer of accommodation or cancel a contract if you have any outstanding fees from a previous stay with us.

We’ll try and allocate you with like-minded people but we can’t guarantee that we’ll always be able to share with someone specific. Let us know during your application or by getting in touch with us to let us know who you’d like to live with.
